UNITED AIRLINES &*$#+# ! ARGHHHH. Something has to be said about this sorry excuse for an airline.
This past week we had one guest that flew in on United from Newark . Only after his flight had been
CANCELLED the day before. He told me that this was the third time he has flown UNITED and EVERY TIME
his flight has been delayed or cancelled. He says he will NEVER fly United again. It is no coincidence
that UNITED had their computer system hacked last month and had to cancel over 5,000 flight in one day.
One of our guests PICA showed up at the airport here in POP 1.25 hours before his United flight and was told
he was TOO LATE and the flight had been closed. He had to wait until the next day to fly. I can tell you in
my travels all over the world in the last 30 years I have seen some sorry excuses for airlines, BUT never
